FORT HAMILTON PARKWAY GUT RENOVATION

Whole house gut renovation, including demolition of an existing large rear extension, converting the space back from a two-family layout to a one-family, new kitchen, two new full and one half bathrooms with complex tile-work, opening up the first floor and re-supporting the house with a massive steel beam, adding a radiant flooring system in the kitchen, replacement of the steam heat system, new extensive split-unit HVAC, fabricating a large built-in shelving wall, new fireplace surround, custom shoe storage in the entry, combination home office/mini kitchen, new stair banisters and newel posts and decorative panel trim, installation of an oversize iron-frame sliding patio door, excavation of the back yard and installation of a new drainage field, new fencing, exterior masonry and tile work, and landscaping.
