FORT HAMILTON PARKWAY TOWNHOUSE

Gut renovation of two floors of a two-family townhouse. Project included removing the interior walls on the parlor floor and installing a structural steel beam, combining two small windows in the back wall to create a new much larger window, removing two bathrooms and reorienting the space to accommodate a new powder room on the living floor and two full bathrooms on the bedroom floor, creating a laundry room on the bedroom floor, exposing and restoring the floor joists, and all new plumbing and electric throughout.
