VANDERBILT STREET TOWNHOUSE

Extensive, near-total gut-renovation, including removing walls and reconfiguring the layout, leveling floor and ceiling joists on multiple floors, removing a three-story brick chimney column, removal and excavation of the existing basement slab, adding a French drain system with triple-redundant sump flood protection and a flood gate on the main sewage line, complete rewiring and re-plumbing of the entire house, opening up the rear facade and adding new structural beams to accommodate a new massive picture window, replacing multiple exterior doors, adding new HVAC systems, adding new skylights, building a new staircase to the basement, new flooring on two levels, two new full and one half bathrooms, adding a pressed tin ceiling in the kitchen, extensive and complex tile work, and adding a stone facade at the rear of the house.
